Nightclub & Bar Media Group announces the availability of the annual Top 100 operators survey , the first step in identifying the largest-volume nightclub, bar and lounge venues in the U.S. To create the 2013 Top 100 roster -- the nation’s only annual listing of high-volume nightlife venues -- Nightclub & Bar has once again teamed up with Technomic, Inc., a consulting and market research firm specializing in food, beverage and hospitality.

The survey also yields important information about industry trends and performance, allowing nightlife operators to benchmark their venues. In addition to the survey results, Technomic utilizes secondary research in developing the Top 100 roster. The 2012 Top 100 roster included venues ranging from No. 1-ranked Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub in Las Vegas, which reported 2011 revenue in excess of a record-breaking $70 million, as well as operations in smaller markets including Kansas City, MO and Knoxville, TN.
